Influenced by the Rhenish carnival, Sarah is a truly cheerful person and is bursting with energy. She is a trained psychotherapist and got to know pole dancing during a semester abroad in England and was immediately hooked. You can feel her passion in her courses. Our "lekker meisje" loves tricks on the pole and can also teach in Dutch :-)

Anna came to our studio in 2017 and has been enriching our team since 2019! She is our physiotherapy specialist and enriches her lessons with a wealth of specialist knowledge - not just about anatomy :-) She is a real cheerful person and a real power woman, which you will definitely notice in her courses.

Alina discovered her passion for dance and acrobatics in childhood. At the age of 4 she started ballet, followed quickly by gymnastics, acrobatics, contortion and standard & Latin American couple dances. At the age of 15 she became the Dutch master in gymnastics. She now travels all over Germany to present all shows at various events with her acrobatic partner. Since 2020 you have been teaching the partner acrobatics course with us.

Joana is a freelance dancer and aerial acrobat.

Born in Canada, she studied dance at the Fontys Tanzakademie in Tilburg and has been seen in musicals and operas, at festivals and various other stages since her successful graduation in 2008.

Her entry into aerial acrobatics was a pole dance intensive course in early 2013. A few years later, she added other gravity-defying disciplines, such as Aerial hoop, silks and net. She loves challenges and thrills in her work, but is more calm and level-headed in her private life.

Because of her main work as a performer, Joana is an occasional trainer and coach (among other things) in the poda studio. In her courses, she likes to focus on efficient and conscious coordination in the air and on the ground.

Funny & a little bit crazy. Celine quickly fell in love with a variety of high heel exotic styles, powerful pole tricks and every other challenge that pole sport has to offer. With her relaxed manner, she has been teaching since the end of 2022 and loves sharing her enthusiasm with others.

Versatile, Hip Hop to Heels, creative & balancing.

It was love at first sight. Be it ballet, modern, contemporary, hip hop, commercial or pole, she was enthusiastic about everything.

She joined various competitive dance groups and gained stage and competition experience. She began teaching her first children's dance classes in 2014. This was followed by both basic and championship groups in hip hop and jazz dance.

In 2021, she landed at Poda in search of new challenges her passion for pole was quickly awakened. In her free time, she spends a lot of time with the dogs from the animal shelter and transforms her apartment into a native jungle with tropical plants.

Amelie, our longtime Poda student, loves tricks on the pole and lets you participate in her courses. In her studies she focuses on the topics of sustainability and recycling.

Laura started doing artistic gymnastics at the age of 6. She practiced with passion until she was 18 and competed in several competitions. In 2021, she took up pole dancing and completed her instructor training at Poda in the summer of 2025. Laura loves letting the music guide her and combining fluid tricks, dance moves, and floorwork.

She is open, funny, and creative, and loves pole dancing, fashion, art, summer, and the ocean.

Julia discovered her passion for aerial acrobatics in 2019—and she hasn’t looked back since. Prior to that, she had already gained valuable experience in martial arts, which now helps her develop strength, discipline, and body awareness in her work.

In her classes, Julia combines expertise with empathy. She believes it’s important to support each person individually and guide them on their own path. In doing so, she creates an atmosphere where progress is celebrated, self-confidence can grow, and the stresses of daily life fade into the background for a moment—all while enjoying the joy of movement and shared successes.
